The multiplication efficacy by bulb is low and the plantlets are more susceptible to disease, therefore, there a need develop protocol for its propagation. Lilium candidum listed in saitma prefecture Red Data Book as critically endangered plant rescuing information regarding micro-propagation rather limited. On this regard, application of vitro micropropagtion procedure might help obtain large numbers uniform plants species Lilium. Dried lilies rich source fiber also sodium carbs.
